COVID-19 Update

We just wanted to take this time to update our customers on how we are dealing with the current Global COVID-19 Pandemic.

At Assured Pharmacy we are determined to provide you with the best service possible. As a pharmacy and an online delivery service we will be staying open at this time, so you can continue to get access to the medication you need. We are fully stocked and fully staffed so we can cope with any increase in demand that may arise. You can still contact the pharmacy via phone or email with any queries you have.

We take the safety of our staff extremely seriously. As such, we have implemented strict social distancing rules. We have split our staff into groups and have staggered their start times, so they don’t run into each other, we have made sure all desks are at least 2 metres apart and we have provided masks, gloves, soaps and sanitiser so our staff can be as clean as possible. We are committed to ensuring the health of our staff whilst still providing the high standard of service you are all used to.

We also wanted to make sure our staff feel safe financially at this time, so we have made sure that they know that in the event of closure by the government or if they are off sick they will still receive their normal pay.

As a society we have to do all we can in these tough times to look after each other and make sure that we all come out on the other side of this. Please listen to the guidance from the government and implement it.
