Ashley Ellis

Head of Ecommerce

Ashley started working for an online promotional merchandising company in 2004 where he gained some basic web development experience. After graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in 2008 he went to work for Barclays Banking group within the web and content team. In 2009 he joined Shop Direct Group where he learned how a massive Ecommerce business was structured and the key components that are essential to creating an efficient web offering, with the customer at the center of everything.

Future roles in development and services sector rounded his skills and raised his interest in website optimisation and user experience.

He is currently responsible for the upkeep and improvement of the website as well as digital marketing channels and partnership opportunities.

I am a keen sportsman and enjoy being outdoors. Hobbies include:

Anything full of Adrenaline

I also enjoy music and have a massive appreciation for live bands and people who play instruments. I myself am a terrible guitar player haha!

I have a 2 year old daughter who is my world and seems to be a chip off the old block with anything involving adrenaline.
